BossRun Formats

Hello,
in this topic you'll find the formats which you need to ask for a BossRun. Thanks to the people who posted these earlier. It's just a topic so I can clean this section up a bit. If you want me to add some formats or something to the formats, just ask for it.
The Topic Title should be something like that:
Bossname/PQname, Date, Time (preferably Maple Time)
There is no MUST to ask for it this way. You can also change or add something by yourself. These formats would just be clearer and also easier for people to read and to see what's missing. Also it's good for people who don't know how to ask for it.
Don't forget the job party-skills in every party, for example don't put 3 DrKs in one party and none in the others.
Some addition to the bossruns: You better finish a few Pre-Quests with all others, else you have to re-do it. I only know about the HT Quest thought. Maybe anybody knows which else?

The Loot List will be announced every time a MoN drops just to make sure everyone is coming and that nobody thinks like "oh I get no MoN so there is no reason to come.".
